What we collect

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and privacy-respecting. It collects aggregate page view counts, referrer URLs, and device type (mobile vs desktop). No personal identifiers, no IP address logging, no cross-site tracking.

What we do not collect

• Email addresses (we have no newsletter or signup forms).
• Cookies (the site is entirely cookieless).
• Calculator inputs (your heat demand and tariff choices are not sent to our servers).
• Location beyond country-level (Cloudflare Analytics shows UK vs non-UK traffic only).

Contact email

If you email hello@heatpumpmath.co.uk, we store your email address only to reply. We do not add you to mailing lists or share your email with third parties. Emails are deleted after 90 days unless you request otherwise.

Third-party services

• Cloudflare: Hosts the site and provides Web Analytics. See Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

Because we collect no personal data beyond voluntary contact emails, there is no data to request, delete, or export. If you have emailed us and want your email deleted, reply asking for deletion.
